The tool shows high-level data including total reserves, total revenues, and estimated carbon emission.

The tool visualizes the revenue data across the years and allows users to earmark the revenues across specific budget items e.g., health

Which extractive projects changed the most and by how much?

Based on a hypothetical earmarking mechanism, the tool can visualize the flow of revenues to local communities as designed by law

SERVE Tool is for national government authorities and mining companies to present to stakeholders the trend in revenue collection and what are causing the changes in the data. The tool can also be used by civil society organizations to easily scrutinize data from governments and companies.
